Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using RenderFocus ("the Software"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.

2. License Grant

Upon valid purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use RenderFocus on one (1) Apple Silicon Mac device. Lifetime licenses grant perpetual use. Subscription licenses grant use for the duration of the active subscription period.

3. Restrictions

You may not: reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software; redistribute, sublicense, or resell the Software; use the Software on more than one device per license; circumvent or tamper with the license validation system.

4. Subscriptions

Subscription licenses automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) unless canceled. You may cancel at any time through your Paddle account. Access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Payments

All payments are processed securely by Paddle.com (our Merchant of Record). Prices are in USD and may be subject to local taxes calculated at checkout. Paddle handles all billing, invoicing, and tax compliance.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. We do not warrant that the Software will be error-free or uninterrupted. RenderFocus modifies system-level CPU scheduling and process management. You use the Software at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developer be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Software. Total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the license.

8. Updates

We may release updates to the Software. Lifetime license holders receive all future updates at no additional cost. We reserve the right to modify these terms with reasonable notice.
